[JYW KAWAII] Notice of Shipping Policy Update (Again): Changes to Our Shipping Method

From October 6th, our main shipping method will change from DHL to Japan Post.

We just updated our shipping policy recently, but today we have made another significant revision, and we would like to inform you about it. We sincerely apologize for the frequent changes.

We had primarily adopted DHL for shipping in our store. However, from October, DHL changed its method of determining shipping fees to consider not only weight but also volume. For our store, this change had a more significant impact than initially anticipated. We faced the reality that the shipping cost for popular items like plush toys would increase several times.

Therefore, although it's a significant change, we have decided to change our shipping method from DHL to "Japan Post Small Packet Registered Mail or Japan Post EMS."

Please note that small packet (Air mail) is only available for orders with a total weight of 2kg or less. If your order exceeds 2kg, this shipping method will not be displayed, and only EMS will be available. 

It might take several more days for deliveries than before, and detailed shipping notifications, such as push notifications, will no longer be available but we believe that this will allow us to keep shipping fees lower.

We kindly ask you to check the revised shipping policy once. There is also a possibility that the terms will be refined in detail in the future, so please check the shipping policy before placing an order.
